Angle mode
Switch between Degrees and Radians before using sin, cos, or tan. The active mode is highlighted blue.
INV mode
Press INV to switch sin/cos/tan to their arc (inverse) equivalents. The INV button highlights when active.
FAQ
How do I use xʸ (power)?
Enter the base number, press xʸ, enter the exponent, then press =. Example: 2 → xʸ → 8 → = gives 256.
Why does sin(90) show 0.9999...?
Floating-point rounding. The result is effectively 1. Make sure Degrees mode is active, not Radians.
Keyboard shortcuts?
Numbers, + − * /, Enter (=), Backspace (delete), Escape (AC) all work from your keyboard.
Is my data stored?
No — all calculations happen locally in your browser. Nothing is uploaded or saved.
