FAQ

Does this work on Android without an app?
Tool runs in Android Chrome. No app install, no Google Play, no sign-up. Open the page, choose screenshot, resize, and download.
Does resizing reduce quality?
Making smaller has no quality loss. Making larger can introduce some softness since the tool must invent pixels that did not exist. For the best upscale quality, keep increases under 150% of the original size.
Where does the resized image save on Android?
Android Chrome saves to your Downloads folder. Open Files app and tap Downloads, or check your Gallery app's Downloads album.
Is my screenshot uploaded to a server?
No. Resizing works in browser. Images stay in device are not sent to server.
What is the aspect ratio lock?
When locked (the default), changing the width automatically recalculates the height to keep the same proportions, and vice versa. Unlock it to set width and height independently — useful when you need an exact target size regardless of proportions.
Should I save as PNG or JPG?
Use PNG when resizing screenshots of apps, UI, or text — PNG is lossless and keeps text sharp. Use JPG when resizing photos — JPG produces much smaller files with no visible difference for photographic content.
What is the maximum file size?
Up to 20 MB per image. Very large images (above 4000 × 4000 px) may take a second or two to process on older Android devices.
